Worst questions…

Here are the WORST questions to ask a random fitness and/or nutrition coach (especially on the internet)…

“Am I eating too much or too little?”
“How many days a week should I train?”
“Should I bulk then cut, or cut then bulk?”
“What foods do I cut out to get leaner?”
“How much cardio should I be doing to burn fat?”

The problem is…

People answering these questions know NOTHING about you.

Which means, there’s a good chance whatever they tell you won’t work for your body, metabolism, experience, preferences, personality, and more.

In fact, it can be harmful.
